  1. Well said. I’m disappointed Hillary has chosen not to speak out against it. She definitely is a role mode for women. Even here in Australia she had an impact on the young, female political aspirants in the Australian Labor Party. And with that comes a lot of responsibility.

    I’m sure Hillary means well. However, I don’t agree with giving supporters what they want to avoid feeling alienated in exchange for the risk of spoiling what should be the ‘crowning moment’ of Obama’s campaign. All it’s done is put unwanted pressure on Obama because HE especially doesn’t want Hillary supporters to feel alienated. Emotions can lead people to do destructive and deplorable things.

    Back to the role model point, I believe the right thing to have done would be to reject it. It might have made her supporters a little upset with her – but it’s imperative we have a Democrat in the Whitehouse. That’s the message she should be conveying to her supporters.

    All in all, great vid! Might I suggest Futurama/Simpsons for future pop culture references? ๐Ÿ˜€
